President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has approved a proposal by the Private Sector Advisory Council (PSAC) to hold a nationwide shopping festival as part of efforts to enhance tourism and invigorate the economy. The festival will showcase the best of Philippine products and services, encouraging both local and international tourists to explore the country’s rich cultural offerings.

The initiative aims to attract global travelers while supporting local businesses, promoting sustainable tourism growth, and reinforcing the Philippines as a premier shopping and leisure destination in Asia.
