The Department of Tourism (DOT) Region V and the City Government of Legazpi have officially sealed an agreement for Legazpi City to host the Bicol Loco Festival next year.

The announcement, made by DOT Region V Director Herbie Aguas, celebrated the collaboration between the two parties. “LEGAZPI CITY WILL BE HOSTING BICOL LOCO NEXT YEAR. CONGRATULATIONS MAYOR TOL ALFREDO GARBIN AND THE PEOPLE OF LEGAZPI,” said Director Aguas in his public statement via his FB account.
