Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte — With a vision rooted in transparency, education, and community advancement, Certified Public Accountant Jiff Berbon Lamadrid, also known as “Kuya Jiff,” has officially announced his intention to serve the people of Jose Panganiban. Representing Purok 4 of Sta. Rosa Norte, Lamadrid carries with him a strong academic and professional track record that speaks volumes of his readiness to lead.
A graduate of Bicol University with a degree in BS Accountancy (April 2018), Lamadrid passed the CPA board in October of the same year and has since built a solid career as an Associate Manager in the private sector. Notably, he also serves as an instructor at both Bicol University and Bicol College, demonstrating his passion for molding future generations.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Kuya Jiff is the founder of The Mambuleño Advance Project (The MAP), an initiative designed to empower communities through education, accountability, and proactive leadership.
“Ang serbisyo ay hindi nasusukat sa edad kundi sa prinsipyo at kakayahan,” Lamadrid said in a statement. “Bilang isang kabataan at propesyonal, dala ko ang boses ng bagong henerasyon na handang magsilbi nang tapat at may malasakit.”
As he steps into the political arena under the banner of Abante Mambuleño, Lamadrid is calling on fellow Mambuleños to rise together for genuine change—grounded in integrity, education, and inclusive progress.
