Legazpi City has been awarded a P2 million incentive after being honored with the prestigious Seal of Local Governance (SLG) by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG). This recognition acknowledges the city’s outstanding performance in areas such as health, education, peace and order, and social welfare.

The award was personally received by Legazpi Mayor Alfredo Garbin, Jr., who expressed pride in the city’s achievements.
